2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period to allow institutions to evaluate our software before committing to a paid plan. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time without any charge. Once the trial ends and a paid plan begins, our standard refund policy applies.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard (if applicable).

• Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused time during the subscription period.
